  • Minimum 8 years’ regional channel sales experience in lifestyle-related industries with some years in handling EOL products

  • Customer focused, able to create strong relationships with distributors and retailers across the region

Job Description:

  • Formulate effective retail training and development strategies to meet business objectives
  • Partner with country retail and regional teams to identify training needs and develop training plan for employees in LOL™ retail stores in the region
  • Manage development, design and delivery of training materials and programs
  • Evaluate the training effectiveness of programs and provide insights for further improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ training experience of which 2 years in regional role
  • Retail training experience is essential
  • Able to build relationships and influence individuals and teams
  • Proactive, well-organized and good team player
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Able to travel when required
